CHEMPOR 2018 Program
The Organizing Committee announces that the final program of the 13th International Chemical and Biological Engineering Conference (CHEMPOR 2018) can be consulted through the following link: CHEMPOR 2018 Program.
We also take this opportunity to reveal that CHEMPOR will count with the presence and intervention of the Minister of Economy of Portugal, Professor Manuel de Herédia Caldeira Cabral, in the Formal Session on October 2nd. We apologize for the delay announcing the program, however several arrangements related with the Formal Session were necessary. Thanks for the comprehension.
The Organizing Committee would like to provide some guidelines for poster communications at CHEMPOR 2018. The poster should have A0 size and vertical format. No specific template is required. If you wish to include the CHEMPOR logo in your poster (not mandatory), you can find it in the following link (please download to see it in high resolution) CHEMPOR Logo.
Prizes for best Oral and two Poster Communications
The 13th International Chemical and Biological Engineering Conference (CHEMPOR 2018) is pleased to inform that a 500€ prize will be awarded to the best Oral and Poster Communications presented during the conference.
The 13th International Chemical and Biological Engineering Conference (CHEMPOR 2018), organized by the University of Aveiro and Ordem dos Engenheiros (the Portuguese Engineers Association), will be held in Aveiro - Portugal, from the 2nd to the 4th of October, 2018.
CHEMPOR has been regularly organized in Portugal since 1975 and returns to Aveiro for the second time. This series of conferences is a forum for discussion of recent developments and future directions in different areas of chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, biotechnology and biological engineering. Traditionally, CHEMPOR is a dynamic gathering of scientists and professionals from Industry and Academia, and has the institutional sponsorship of the Portuguese Chemical Society and the Portuguese Society of Biotechnology.
